柴油發電機作業無力的表現是什么？

柴油發電機運轉無力，并在各種轉速下冒濃煙。這種現象主要是由于噴油霧化不充分和加油時間不正確所致。

Diesel generators run weakly and emit heavy. This is mainly due to insufficient fuel injection atomization and incorrect refueling time.

1. 噴油嘴或出油閥磨損較為嚴重的，滴油，霧化不好，燃燒不充分。

The fuel injection nozzle or the fuel delivery valve is  severely worn, dripping, poor atomization, and insufficient combustion.

2. 噴油嘴在汽缸蓋上的安裝位置不正確，使用過厚或過薄的銅墊子或鋁墊圈，使噴油嘴噴射不當，燃燒不充分。

The installation position of the fuel injector on the cylinder head is not correct. The use of copper pads or aluminum washers that are too thick or too thin may cause improper injection of the fuel injector and insufficient combustion.

3. 噴油泵傳動系統部件出現磨損，導致供油過遲。

The components of the fuel injection pump transmission system are worn out, causing the fuel supply to be too late.

4.沒有調整燃油供應時間。

The fuel supply time has not been adjusted.

一、在轉速不穩定時，柴油發動機冒煙。

When the speed is unstable, the diesel engine emits smoke.

1.不同氣缸的燃油供應不一致。噴射泵及噴油嘴磨損或調整不當，易引起各缸供油不均勻。判斷供油不一致的方法可以使柴油發電機空車運行。采用停缸法，輪流停一缸供油，速度計測量速度。在斷氣缸時，各氣缸供油量一致，斷氣量變化應相同或很接近，若發現轉速變化有較大差異，則應進行噴油泵供油量調整。

The fuel supply of different cylinders is inconsistent. The abrasion or improper adjustment of the jet pump and fuel injection nozzle can easily cause uneven fuel supply in each cylinder. The method of judging the inconsistency of fuel supply can make the diesel generator run empty. Using the cylinder stop method, one cylinder is stopped for oil supply in turn, and the speed meter is used to measure the speed. When the cylinder is broken, the fuel supply of each cylinder is the same, and the change of the cut-off volume should be the same or very close. If there is a big difference in the speed change, the fuel supply of the fuel injection pump should be adjusted.

2. 柴油供油系統油路內有水汽或漏氣，也會造成噴油泵供油欠佳。

Water vapor or air leakage in the oil circuit of the diesel fuel supply system can also cause poor fuel supply from the fuel injection pump.

二、柴油發電機轉速低，煙霧彌漫，但高速基本上正常。

Diesel generators have low speed and smoke, but the high speed is basically normal.

該表現為氣缸漏氣，在高轉速時漏氣少，故能基本正常工作。氣體泄漏導致溫度低，不容易引起火災。柴油發電機運行過程中，如從加油口排放大量煙氣，或曲軸運行部分有“吱.”的漏氣聲，且低速時較明顯，則可判定為缸體與活塞間漏氣。其他兩個可能漏氣的地方是氣門和氣缸墊。

三、柴油發電機的表現功率欠佳，但空轉時和供油量較少時排氣口沒有煙，供油量大時容易冒黑煙。

The diesel generator power is not good, but there is no smoke at the exhaust port when idling and when the fuel supply is small, and it is easy to emit black smoke when the fuel supply is large.

1.空氣過濾器濾芯堵住了，造成柴油發電機進水欠佳，但功率不夠。

The air filter element is blocked, causing the diesel generator to enter poor water, but the power is not enough.

2.氣門間隙，導致氣門開度不夠，進氣量欠佳。

The valve clearance is too large, resulting in insufficient valve opening and poor air intake.

3.排氣管內積炭太多，排氣口阻力。
